This One-Year Limited Retail Warranty applies to eligible new HotBell-branded consumer products purchased directly from HotBell LLC ("HotBell") by the original Retail Customer through www.hotbell.shop or another eligible direct HotBell retail sales channel.
A "Retail Customer" is an individual purchasing primarily for personal, family, or household use.
This warranty is separate from HotBell's 30-day Returns & Refunds Policy.
This warranty is expressly designated a:

Unless different product-specific written warranty terms are disclosed before purchase, eligible new HotBell-branded products purchased directly by the original Retail Customer include a:
ONE-YEAR LIMITED RETAIL WARRANTY
The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the original Retail Customer.
A repaired or replacement product remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period unless HotBell provides different written terms or applicable law requires otherwise.
During the applicable warranty period, HotBell warrants that an eligible product will be free from qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal, family, or household use.
Coverage applies only to defects arising during use consistent with applicable:

However, HotBell may deny warranty coverage to the extent HotBell reasonably determines that the claimed failure or damage was caused by:

Failure to register a product does not by itself eliminate warranty coverage where eligibility can otherwise reasonably be verified through valid proof of purchase, product identification, serial-number information, or HotBell records.
HotBell may still require reasonable evidence necessary to verify warranty eligibility.

Eligible new HotBell-branded products purchased directly by an original Retail Customer are subject to HotBell's One-Year Limited Retail Warranty, available at https://www.hotbell.shop/policies/retail-warranty, unless different product-specific written warranty terms are clearly disclosed before purchase.
Eligible new HotBell-branded products purchased directly by an approved Business Buyer are subject to HotBell's Two-Year Commercial Limited Warranty, available at https://www.hotbell.shop/policies commercial, unless an applicable quotation, invoice, order acknowledgment, product-specific warranty, or signed agreement states otherwise.
Third-party branded products may be subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
Nothing in these Terms disclaims or limits an implied warranty or other consumer right that applicable law or the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act does not permit HotBell to disclaim or limit. Independent repair, use of a third-party part, or service by a non-HotBell provider does not automatically void an applicable consumer warranty; coverage may be denied to the extent the claimed damage or failure was caused by that repair, part, modification, or service.
For a valid covered warranty claim, HotBell will, at its option and subject to applicable law:

If the initial remedy cannot be completed after a reasonable opportunity, HotBell will provide any additional remedy required by applicable law.
For an approved direct Retail Warranty claim within the United States, HotBell will provide reasonable authorized return-shipping instructions and cover authorized return shipping where required under this warranty or applicable law.

WHERE APPLICABLE LAW PERMITS, THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY MAY BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to every Retail Customer.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOTBELL IS NOT LIABLE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT APPLICABLE LAW PERMITS HOTBELL TO EXCLUDE.
Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to every Retail Customer.
Nothing in this warranty limits liability that applicable law does not permit HotBell to exclude or limit.
This Limited Warranty gives Retail Customers specific legal rights.
Retail Customers may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

HotBell makes this written Limited Warranty available for review before purchase for applicable products.
Where a product-specific written warranty provides different terms, the product-specific written warranty controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
