HotBell Policy Publication and SMS Implementation Guide

Prepared September 13, 2026 for Burns Leavitt, Cai, and Eric Hensley

The accompanying documents supply expanded Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions wording. Publish them only after the facts and working controls below match their statements. Longer policies do not cure an inaccurate practice or establish carrier approval. The remaining privacy disclosures require information from the actual website configuration; their bracketed fields are not suitable for public posting.

1 Incorporating the message already sent to Cai

Burns Leavitt is the identified intended SMS recipient. Keep his enrollment and telephone number in the restricted subscriber record rather than identifying him publicly as the sole recipient. Eric Hensley is the identified technical alert contact. Route technical escalations to him through an agreed support process; obtain his own consent if he also receives recurring texts. Do not invent or publish his personal contact information.

Affirmative consent through an online form or SMS is appropriate when the recipient first receives the complete program disclosures and the action is recorded. A vague yes, a general website agreement, or a telephone number on file is not a substitute for that evidence. Use the actual implemented enrollment method in the registration submission.

Burns reports that SMS responses are already configured in the application. Record this as reported configuration, not as a failed or missing feature. Complete a short end-to-end check that STOP suppresses later alerts and HELP returns the intended contact; a reply alone does not establish suppression.

The proposed phrase naming Burns D Leavitt LLC, HotBell LLC, and all DBAs should not be used as written. HotBell LLC is named as the website operator on its live privacy page. The formation, exact name, and role of Burns D Leavitt LLC have not been verified. A DBA is a trade name of its actual owner, not automatically a separate liability entity. Confirm the legal owner and operator of this particular messaging program and use that entity's exact name and required tax information in registration. Do not publicly include an EIN or private account identifier in these policies.

If the servers and alerts are operated for Burns personally or another business, revise the operator throughout the SMS section, enrollment, support messages, and carrier submission before launch. Do not register a HotBell electronics campaign as a cover for a different business's traffic. If multiple businesses truly participate, identify each legal owner and brand, clarify their roles and information access, and obtain the registration and consent treatment Vonage requires. Website wording does not create an LLC, transfer ownership, or guarantee personal liability protection.

2 Resolve the actual messaging purpose

The drafted HotBell Server Alerts scope covers technical availability, connectivity, maintenance, resource thresholds, and interruption or restoration notices. Burns's underlying project involves an automated trading server. Vonage's published restrictions list stock alerts and cryptocurrency content. Do not conceal trading-related content by changing its label to server alerts.

Give Vonage an accurate description of the system and actual sample messages, including whether notifications contain symbols, prices, positions, executed trades, trading pauses, drawdowns, balances, or cryptocurrency references. Obtain a written determination for the intended traffic before treating it as approved. Even purely technical alerts about a trading system should be described candidly. If the intended messages are not allowed, policies cannot make them allowed; the alert channel or authorized scope must change.

The documents deliberately do not authorize investment recommendations, financial promotions, stock signals, or cryptocurrency alerts. If those are the desired content, finalize the provider decision before modifying the policy scope. Do not send a message sample claiming stock-related content is absent unless that is true of production traffic.

3 Facts required before publication

Confirm HotBell LLC is the contracting seller and website operator, and verify the public address, service@hotbell.store, +1 (208) 403-6070, and support hours. These contact details were taken from the live HotBell pages; a listed detail still needs to be functional. Confirm the SMS operator separately. Approve the proposed program name HotBell Server Alerts and use it consistently.

Replace effective dates with the actual publication date. Repair https://hotbell.shop/terms-and-conditions: when checked for this task it redirected to the Shipping Policy. The final URL must display the Terms and Conditions and SMS section publicly, without a login. Keep https://hotbell.shop/privacy-policy publicly accessible. Check the actual pages from a signed-out phone and verify links from the enrollment form and footer.

Complete the Privacy Policy's website technology disclosure using the live platform, installed applications, tags, pixels, embedded content, analytics, chat, fraud tools, and server-side tracking. Record each provider, data categories, purposes, recipients, cookie or data retention, and independent advertising uses. Establish whether statutory sale, sharing, or targeted advertising actually occurs. A no-cash-sale statement does not resolve those definitions. Put the working privacy-choice URL in the policy and test it.

Confirm which customer and SMS records can be accessed in China or elsewhere, by whom, and under what role and safeguards. A US server does not rule out an international transfer. Do not promise international contractual safeguards that have not been implemented. Confirm where the business actually targets customers and whether California, other state, Canadian, EEA, UK, or other regional obligations apply. Complete any required regional supplement and preceding-12-month California category disclosure. This packet is not a certification of worldwide coverage.

Validate the proposed privacy promises against actual data retention, backups, legal holds, vendors, AI tools, security measures, consent storage, and deletion processes. Confirm the absence of independent AI training using SMS consent data. Identify any actual consequential automated decision-making. A conditional paragraph is not enough if a specific activity is already operating.

Link the existing Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable retail and commercial warranty documents from the product pages, checkout, and footer. Verify their actual time periods, exclusions, freight charges, and remedies against the new Terms. The Terms incorporate those transaction policies without inventing a return window or warranty period. Before replacing existing general terms, compare and preserve any valid negotiated commercial obligations. Do not retroactively change an accepted order.

Obtain focused legal review of the applicable privacy regions, international access, product warranties, and proposed liability caps. The alert-service cap is the greater of USD 100 or the preceding 12 months of alert-service fees; the business product cap is the affected purchase amount. These are proposed contract choices, not mandatory compliance language. Their enforceability depends on applicable law and meaningful acceptance. The packet avoids a blanket consumer warranty disclaimer and does not add mandatory arbitration.

4 Online consent wording

Place the following next to the mobile number field, attached to a separate checkbox that starts unchecked. Turn Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions into working links to the two public pages. Do not make SMS consent a requirement to purchase or accept unrelated terms.

I agree to receive recurring automated HotBell Server Alerts text messages from HotBell LLC at the mobile number I provide about server availability, connectivity problems, maintenance, and other technical conditions requiring operator attention. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

If after-hours alerts are enabled, add visibly before consent: Operational alerts may arrive at any time, including overnight, according to the notification settings I select. Confirm applicable timing rules and provide practical notification controls. Do not claim a daytime-only schedule if the system sends overnight.

Record the recipient's name and number, the action taken, date and time with time zone, exact disclosure version, program, source form or invitation, and any number verification. Collect only proportionate technical evidence. Retain the consent and suppression records under an approved schedule. An administrator adding Burns to a table must not replace Burns's affirmative enrollment evidence.

5 Optional enrollment by text

Use this method only if implemented and declared in the campaign. Replace [REGISTERED SENDING NUMBER] with the actual number; it is not necessarily the public support number. Present this invitation before the recipient sends JOIN:

HotBell LLC offers HotBell Server Alerts for authorized adult operators. Receive recurring automated texts about server availability, connectivity problems, maintenance, and technical conditions requiring attention. Text JOIN to [REGISTERED SENDING NUMBER] to enroll. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Privacy Policy: https://hotbell.shop/privacy-policy. Terms and Conditions: https://hotbell.shop/terms-and-conditions.

Retain the invitation and the incoming JOIN record. Register the exact supported keywords. Do not promise START, YES, REJOIN, or RESTART unless their behavior is implemented and included in the declared flow. If using an affirmative YES instead, preserve the specific full invitation it answers. A HELP request or an unrelated inbound message must not enroll a subscriber.

6 Automated response and alert copy

The following are proposed application messages. Confirm branding and support details before using them. If the application already has carrier-managed responses, configure one consistent response path and prevent duplicate confirmations.

Enrollment confirmation
HotBell Server Alerts: Enrolled for technical alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Opt out confirmation
HotBell Server Alerts: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further program messages.

Help response
HotBell Server Alerts: Help: service@hotbell.store or 208-403-6070. Reply STOP to opt out.

Example operational message one
HotBell Server Alerts: Server monitoring detected a lost connection. Check the monitoring dashboard. Reply STOP to opt out.

Example operational message two
HotBell Server Alerts: The monitored server connection has been restored. Verify system status in the dashboard. Reply STOP to opt out.

These examples are valid only if they accurately represent intended production content. Use actual representative samples for submission and disclose the trading-system context separately and honestly. Include the brand in operational messages and preserve the registered scope. Keep essential confirmations short enough for the provider's applicable character and segmentation requirements; avoid emojis and smart punctuation where they unexpectedly change SMS encoding.

7 Application and registration verification

Determine whether the sending number is a US local 10DLC number or a toll-free number. Complete the corresponding registration with the actual legal operator and correct number. Do not assume registering one number or campaign approves every number, brand, or use case.

Preserve evidence of the actual opt-in page or complete private invitation. If the form is behind authentication, provide the screenshot or other evidence Vonage requests. Keep public policy pages accessible to reviewers. Use consistent descriptions and disclosures in the website, consent screen, campaign, initial confirmation, and support replies.

Test affirmative enrollment and verify that an unchecked box does not subscribe. Test STOP, mixed-case and whitespace handling, configured alternate withdrawal keywords, clear natural-language withdrawal requests, and requests reaching the support channel. Suppression must cover queued messages, retries, scheduled alerts, and alternate sending routes for the program. Retain suppression across restarts, imports, and deployment changes. Fresh re-enrollment must not occur automatically.

Test HELP from both enrolled and unenrolled numbers; it should supply support information without subscribing or clearing suppression. Confirm only one unsubscribe confirmation is sent. Confirm the sender includes the expected brand and that the support email and phone reach the responsible team. Apply recipient authorization controls so operational details are not delivered to an unintended number.

Document inbound reply handling, webhook authentication as supported, access controls, delivery failure handling, and an accountable person for opt-out requests arriving outside the automated path. Add deduplication and alert throttling to avoid message storms. A monitoring failure must not silently erase the suppression list. Test the independent escalation channel for events where SMS does not arrive.

Have Burns own the operator and purpose confirmation; Cai own public pages and website tracking disclosures; and Eric own the technical reply and suppression checks, subject to their actual responsibilities. Record the completed evidence and any provider determination. Only mark registration compliance statements as true after the corresponding facts are established. Policies alone do not establish this.

8 Publication and contract acceptance

Publish the two policy documents as separate readable web pages after replacing the required facts. Keep this implementation guide internal. Remove all bracketed editorial instructions from the published pages and verify that the final text does not promise controls absent from the system.

At checkout, provide conspicuous access to the applicable terms before an affirmative acceptance action. Keep order-level evidence of the version accepted. Keep SMS consent separate. Make warranty terms available before purchase. Maintain dated policy versions and a record of changes, and obtain fresh consent where an expanded purpose requires it.

The live Privacy Policy already contains SMS language as of this review; the earlier screenshot's statement that it only displayed wholesale terms is no longer current. The remaining task is to match complete wording to actual practices and repair the Terms link. No website changes, carrier filings, or messages to Cai or Eric were made as part of preparing this packet.
